i am that girl is a socially conscious, empowerment company for the young “Passionistas” of the world. i am that girl is on the forefront of social change, global awareness and female empowerment. The iatg team is made up of progressive, passionate women who positively represent and influence this Generation. We are dedicated to motivating the future female innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders of the world by inspiring authentic confidence in women everywhere. That Girl stands strong in her beliefs and understands the power of her ability to positively impact our world.

i am that girl launched a national program called that girl goes local. that girl goes local is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive community of women around weekly meetings, with lively discussions and monthly events. Your role will be to assist overseeing, directing and recruiting for the program. You will maintain contact with a number of chapters providing guidance and acting as the liaison between the Director of that girl goes local and the chapter leaders. You will gain real, hands on experience managing a nation-wide program.

Good organizational and leadership skills are essential!!! You must also have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Hours: 
10 hours per week. Flexible.
