If you’re a creative, independent worker who loves social media strategy and has a passion for making people happy, this internship could be for you! To start, your primary responsibilities would involve working on a WordPress-based Web site and on social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Over time, your responsibilities may expand to taking care of customers and working on marketing strategy.

Requirements:
There are no location or year in school requirements but students must have reliable, secure Internet and phone access. Applicants with some prior knowledge of blogs and social media marketing will be given priority.

Hours: 
5-10 hours/per week

Smart Entertainment is a Management/Production based out of Beverly Hills. As a manager we represent Seth MacFarlane, Ricky Blitt, Jeff Bushell, David Dorfman and many more. As a producer our credits include: Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show, Blades of Glory, Anger Management, and many more.

Additional Info: 

This is a Non Paid internship that offers college credit only. Responsibilities include coverage, phones, general office duties, and running errands. Candidates must have exemplary writing skills, enjoy reading, and have a car.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Blackberrys is preferred but not necessary.

Intern Duties: research, reporting, organizing, admin duties, correspondence to actual writing that will be published in the magazine.

RedBlack Group Fall 2010 Internship

Bio: 

RedBlack is an ecommerce boutique agency that develops online stores in collaboration with popular content websites. We partner with high-traffic sites to tailor a unique online store that captures the website’s target market. We deal with all aspects of the online stores that we build; ranging from brand management to customer service to SEO optimization to marketing strategies. Our business is about connecting clothing to content and people to products. Some of our sites include HipHopDXShop.com (in collaboration with HipHopDX.com) and VimbyShop.com (in collaboration with Vimby.com) which is launching next week.

Additional Info: 

Intern Duties:
• Pitching ideas, and being an active contributor to our team
• Social media marketing research, community building, blog outreach, press releases
• Photo shoots
• Working with models, musicians etc.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator in overseeing promotions and developing new campaigns
