Additional Info: 

Learn the basics of event planning and public relations by seeing the day to day operations and participating in planning events. Hone communication skills through interaction with media outlets and dealing with supervisors. Organize and compile information and data and create comprehensive lists.

The ideal intern would be hard working, have excellent communication skills both in person and via phone and email. Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms as well as Microsoft suite in both platforms. Also to be ready to do classically intern-like thing: errands, etc.

Hours: 
5-20 hours per week

Tilzy.TV is seeking an engaging writer, an opinionated media junkie familiar with cool stuff like Blip.tv, Revision3, NextNewNetworks, Rocketboom, OnNetworks, ForYourImagination and MyDamnChannel. We want someone who has ideas about the future of entertainment media and digs watching web TV. The ideal intern will be excited about the opportunity to build a grassroots operation that's already gained significant visibility in a growing industry.
