Sometimes our days are too packed to even consider scheduling time for lunch let alone "me time", but this shouldn't happen often! You need time to relax and regroup. Set yourself as your main priority and make it a little easier for yourself to schedule "me time" by following these tips.

Today, there are no free blocks on my calendar, my “to do” list is a page long, and I slept for three hours last night. I have a problem: I do not know how to say no. As a student you have so many different things to juggle at once - classes, extracurriculars, internships, jobs, homework, friends and family. With all these different balls in the air, how do you keep it up?

Lacey N. is our Campus Ambassador at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is studying mass communications with a dual emphasis in public relations and advertising, along with a minor in leadership studies. She will graduate in May 2012.
As I’m approaching the end of my college career (tear), and see the bright future ahead of me (yay!) I can feel myself stressing out about the future and my plans after graduation.
